Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupDuxelles see my recipe
  • 36 ouncechuck roast, grass fed
  • 24 ounceschopped cauliflower
  • 1large onion
  • 2 tablespoonskosher salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonfinely ground black pepper
  • 1-1/2 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  • 24 ouncesbeef broth
  • 1 stickbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a deep pan sear the chuck roast. Rough cut the onion.

    Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes, covered.
