Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 tablespoonsThousand Island salad dressing
  2. 10 ouncescanned tuna packed in spring water, drained
  3. 3large spring roll wraps
  4. as neededvegetable oil to fry
  5. pinchdill weed
  6. 1/3 cupsliced pickled jalapenos peppers drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Mix the tuna,dill weed, and Thousand Island dressing.

    Add peppers incorporate well

    Add a third of the mixture to the center of spring roll

    Fold and add to oil and fry it wont take long at all. The bottom is thicker then the top so when you turn it over the top won't take as long

    Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oil.
