Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and set aside. Cut onion into small piece s.

Boil baby corns and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle salt and set aside.

Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan and lightly saute all vegetables including corn and onion.Set aside.

Mix flour with a bit of water to make a smooth paste Now melt the remaining butter in another deep based pan.Put the flour mix into it.Lower the flame and add water salt and sugar.Stir continually till the mixture thickens to make a sauce.Sprinkle black pepper.

In a micro oven proof container spread two tbsp of the white sauce at the base Spread the sauted vegetables and top up with cheese boiled noodles and tomatoes.

Microcook in moderate heat for two minutes. Serve hot
