Mix half of the flour with the yeast.

Heat the milk, butter, and sugar.

Gradually add the hot milk, salt, eggs, and the rest of the flour to the flour mixture, and let it rise for 2 hours.

Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, cover with the cream cheese mixture, roll it up, cut into slices, and place them in a buttered pan. Let rise for 1 hour.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.

Mix the powdered sugar with milk to make the glaze and decorate the cooled rolls.
