Delicious and exquisite croquettes—give them a try!

First, boil the chicken breasts with salt to taste and a chicken bouillon cube until tender. Remove, shred into strips, and set aside.

Next, heat a pot with butter and sauté the onion, grated or finely chopped.

Add the shredded chicken and stir. Then add the milks, seasonings (2 bouillon cubes, MSG if using, and salt to taste), and a little chicken broth. Stir and let simmer for 3 minutes. Add the flour and stir until the mixture absorbs the liquid.

Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Then knead and shape as desired (I make them into small oval balls). Dip each croquette in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown. Enjoy!
