4Eggs
1 tspSugar
pinchSalt
1 cupMilk
Veg oil for frying
Syrup optional

Assemble ingredients,whisk eggs,add milk,sugar and salt,whisk. Heat 1tbs of oil,put bread on egg mixture,flip sides, transfer to frying pan, cook 2_4times till golden brown..you may sprinkle sugar or syrup of choice on top..
