Soak the rice for 20 minutes and pressure cook the rice with coconut milk. (2 whistles). Allow it to cool.

Grind mint & coriander leaves,chilli,ginger,garlic to a smooth paste (add little water)
- 3
Heat oil in Kadhai add chopped onions,saute well then add paste fry well till raw smell goes,finally add rice and mix gently. Tasty pulav is ready to be served.
