Peel core and slice Apple's

Sautée the Apple's using 1/4 stick butter until some of the apples start to turn transparent. Spoon apples into a bowl then sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to evenly coat. Pour apples in a 8x8 baking dish.

Add the remaining 1/4 stick of butter to the pan you sautée the Apple's in and melt then add 3Tbsp of flour, using a wire wisk mix and cook for 1 minute. Add Apple juice, brown sugar and cinnamon imperials. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Pour thickened sauce over apples.

Add flour, sugar, baking powder and oats in a bowl. Crack the egg in and dice up the butter and add in, using your hand crumble the mixture then spread evenly over the Apple's. Place on a sheet tray and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
