Put oil in a sufuria,put all the ingredients and mix well for 7 minutes on medium heat.remove on a strainer.let it cool.

While waiting for the spring roll mixture to cool,take the wheat flour dough and make spring roll paties.

Serve with sauces of any kind you like.

Now take the patties,put the mixture in between and roll,fold the middle part first,then the sides and then apply some glue made of wheat flour and water and then roll the pattie.fry in medium hot oil until golden on all sides.

As our patties were big in size,we get big spring rolls,so we cut into halves and serve.
