Season the ground lamb with salt and pepper. Shape into balls or logs as you prefer. Grill them in the oven or over charcoal. Place the cooked kebabs over the cherry sauce, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, and let them sit for 5 minutes.

Heat the cherry juice in a saucepan. When it comes to a boil, add the pitted cherries and cook until the cherries are tender. Set aside.

Cut pita bread into triangles and arrange them on a serving platter. Sprinkle cinnamon over the bread, then pour the cherry sauce on top. Place the kebabs over the sauce, and garnish with pine nuts and parsley. Serve with the bread. Enjoy!
