1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 tablespoondijon mustard
1 tablespoonhoney
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchblack pepper
2-3 cloves garlic (optional)

Preheat oven to 190°C

Lightly brush a baking tray or dish with olive oil or butter.

Place salmon in the tray.

Mix the other ingredients in a small bowl to make your marinade.

Pour the marinade over the salmon and place in oven for about 15 minutes.
