Kadhai paneer

First take a pan add kadhai masala ingredients and roast and grind it.

Then take tomato puree in mixture jar add cashew, green chilli make a paste.

Then take a wok add ghee heat it. Then add Asafoetida, cumin seeds spluter it. Add tomato paste cook 1 min slow flame. Then add red chilli, gram masala, coriander powder cook 1 min slow flame. Keep aside.

Then take another pan add 1 spoon ghee add paneer,tomato, capsicum,onion and add kadhai masala 2 spoons and roast it on slow flame for 5 mins.

Then pour this paneer mix in gravy mix well add 1/2 cup water and salt cook 2 mins in slow flame.

Garnish with coriander.
