Heat ghee in a non stick pan on medium flame.

Add besan n mix well, cook until the rawness of the besan is gone - keep stirring so it it doesn't burn.

Mix sugar n keep stirring until sugar n besan liquifies.

Add elaichi powder
Keep stirring until the liquid starts to dry out. - 5
Pour the mixture into a greased tray garnish with nuts and let it dry harden.

Then cut into slices n enjoyyyy
