Ingredients

  • 2Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions
  • 2 Tbs.Honey
  • 1/4 tsp.Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp.Lime Juice
  • 1/8 tsp.Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp.Coconut Aminos
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Season both sides of pork with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Then cook with desired method: grill, roast, sauté, etc.

  2. 2

    In a measuring cup or bowl add honey, ginger, lime juice, pepper flakes and aminos. Mix well. The sauce can be used as is. Or like I did, simmered and reduced down some. Serve sauce atop pork.
