So there's this place where I go to get chicken here in Zaria. the taste is phenomenal I know there's ketchup in the mix of the sauce, so I decide to give it a try instead of going out to buy all the time, and I entirely nailed it.

Wash your chicken very well add seasoning cubes,spice,scotch bonnet pepper, onions and salt to it. Cook till a lil tender not all together tender. Fry the chicken and set aside. blend your pepper and onions together with garlic fry it a little then slice your onions pour into it stir together for about 2minutes.

Introduce the ketchup at this point stir together add the seasoning cubes and salt add a little chicken stock from the one you used to cook the chicken. mix everything up

Add the fried chicken into it stir them together allow to simmer a little for about 2minutes add the diced bell peppers you can use the variety of colors to make it more colourful. Enjoy this alone or a side to rice pasta etc enjoy.
