Heat oil, then add the meat and fry till they become dry and brown

Cut meat wash and drain water
- 3
Add onions, cook for a while so as to get the brown colour
- 4
Add the ginger and garlic paste. Then after like 2minutes add salt, pilau masala, potatoes and tomato paste, after sometime add water and bring to boil.

Clean rice and add to mixture. On medium to low heat cook untill the water is dried up. Note:you should only cover it when almost dried up

Serve with kachumbari or guacamole
