Ingredients

1large potatoes
1 cupmozzarella cheese
Whole wheat dough for 2 pranthas
1/2 spoonOrigano
2 pinchspoon salt
2 pinchchilli flakes
As neededOil for frying

Steps

1

Wash the potato and cut into round shape...boil it for 5 min...keep it on the kitchen napkins for soak the extra moisture.

Fry it..strained it, put it in the bowl..sprinkle salt and chilli flakes.
3

Now make 2 pranthas, spread the cheese,put the potato chips sprinkl origano..and serve it
