Peel the potatoes and mash them roughly.

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and hing. Add the ginger garlic paste. Saute. Add the chopped tomatoes. Add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Let cook till tomatoes are soft. Add the coriander powder.

Add the potatoes and mix well. Add required amount of warm water. Bring to boil. Simmer on low heat till gravy is a bit thick. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with puris.
