Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 1 tablespoontandoori masala
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 cupthick yoghurt
  5. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1ginger-garlic paste
  7. As neededbutter or oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and drain it nicely. Then take a bowl add the chicken and add all spices (tandoori masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste) mix it well...marinate for 1-2 hour.

    Then take a pan add butter or oil, add chicken. let it cook nicely...when the chicken is half done. add 1 cup of yoghurt mix it well...and cook until the water is evaporated
