100 gmsblack pepper
100 gmscardamom
50 gmscinnamon
40 gmscloves
2small nutmeg / 10 gms

Roast all the ingredients lightly.. Or

You can keep it in direct sunlight for 1 day

Then grind it all in mixer

Seive it if nessesary.

Add this masala in tea as per your taste.
