  • 250 gmsdry ginger
  • 100 gmsblack pepper
  • 100 gmscardamom
  • 50 gmscinnamon
  • 40 gmscloves
  • 2small nutmeg / 10 gms

Steps

    Roast all the ingredients lightly.. Or

    You can keep it in direct sunlight for 1 day
