Ingredients

  1. 2 cuptoor dal
  2. 1/2 cupmasoor dal
  3. 1/2 tablespoonmilk cream
  4. Vegetables
  5. 2big onion(chopped)
  6. 2medium size tomato (chopped)
  7. 12-15garlic cloves (chopped)
  8. 5-6green chillies (chopped)
  9. 12-15curry leaves
  10. Coriander leaves (for garnish)
  11. 1/2 tablespooncrushed ginger
  12. Spices
  13. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  14. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  15. 4-5red chilli
  16. 1/2 tablespoonhing
  17. 1 tablespoonkasturi fenugreek leaves
  18. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  19. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  20. 1/2 tablespoongaram masala
  21. 1/2 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  22. as neededSalt

Cooking Instructions

    We will take 10 minutes soaked toor and masoor daal in pressure cooker add onion,tomato,green chilli and ginger,turmeric powder and salt,now add water 4 glass. close pressure cooker for 3 whistle.After four whistle open dal keep aside.

    Now take ghee in a pan when it will heat add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and Hing when it sizzle then add red chillies,curry leaves and garlic. When colour of garlic will become Golden then add red chilli powder and garam masala fry for seconds now add pressure cooker dal in it mix well stir it for 5 minutes now add kasturi fenugreek seeds,now add milk cream.

    Now close the stove add coriander leaves for garnish.Add ghee when you are going to serve.
