Paneer besan chilla
Steps

To make chilla, add water to gram flour and make a lump free batter. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

To make filling,heat oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables.

Add green chillies and saute for 2-3 mins till they are soft

Add salt and then remove from heat. Let cool a little then add chopped onion and crumbled paneer.

Heat a non stick pan and put some batter and spread it a little.

Shallow fry it on both sides with little oil till golden brown.

Put the filling in between and fold it.

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or tomato sauce.
