Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak both dals for 15 minutes

Now cook with salt and turmeric powder for 1 whistle

Heat ghee in a pan

Put cumin seeds

When crackle add chopped onions

Cook and add ginger lacha and chopped tomatoes

Put all powder masala in it

Pour tadka in the dal

Garnish with coriander leaves
- 10
Serve hot with rice or chapati
