Stir-fry the beef with onion and bell peppers. Season to taste.

Spread the pho noodles evenly in a nonstick skillet (add just a little cooking oil to coat the pan).

When the noodles are golden on one side, flip to brown the other side. Remove to a plate and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with the stir-fried beef.
