Ingredients

  • 300 gmprawns
  • 1-1 tspcumin pepper powder
  • 1 tspturmeric and red food colour
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1-1ginger garlic paste
  • Forgravy:
  • Some Cabbage
  • 1 tsp eachsoya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup
  • SomeCoriander for serving
  • As neededSalt according taste
  • As requiredOil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add prawns, now add ginger garlic paste, cumin and pepper powder, salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it Marinate it for 1 hour or as per your desired time.

  2. 2

    Shallow fry it.

  3. 3

    In a pan heat the oil add cabbage and all the sauces mix it and add fried prawns.Cook for 5-7 mins.Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve with naan, paratha or roti
