Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 cupboiled Banana flower
  2. 2potato
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2chopped chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tbspgram flour
  8. 2 tbsprice flour
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the banana flower by adding little salt for 5 minutes, then discard the remaining water.

    Then add one by one all the ingredients as mentioned above.

  3. 3

    Mix it throughly, make small balls out of the mixture and then shape it into heart shape.

    Then deep fry the same and serve hot.
