  • 2 tbspsour cream
  • 80 ggrated cheese
  • 40 gflour
  • salt
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 200 gtofu

    Mix the eggs, sour cream, cheese, flour and salt. Set aside.

    Slice the tofu, toss in the mixture and fry on both sides until golden.
