  2. 2 tbspsour cream
  3. 80 ggrated cheese
  4. 40 gflour
  5. salt
  6. 4 tbspoil
  7. 200 gtofu

    Mix the eggs, sour cream, cheese, flour and salt. Set aside.

    Slice the tofu, toss in the mixture and fry on both sides until golden.
