100 gboiled octopus (you can easily purchase them during summer in Japan)
5-6okura
1 clovegarlic
salt
pepper

Cut the boiled octopus into small pieces.

Boil okura for 3 minutes.

Dice your garlic, fry in some olive oil on a medium heat until golden, then add the boiled octopus.

Stir fry for 5 minutes and add okura.

Add salt and pepper to your preference.
