Ingredients

4 serve
  • 1/2 kgFor Sheekh Kabab, Mutton mince
  • 1medium sized Onion nicely chopped
  • 1 tspgaram Masala powder
  • 1/2 tspblack Pepper powder
  • 1 tspRed Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsproasted Cumin powder
  • 3Green Chillies nicely chopped
  • 2 tspfresh corriender nicely chopped
  • 1 tspMint leaves nicely chopped
  • 1 tspcoarsaly grounded Ginger
  • 1 tspcorasaly grounded Garlic
  • 1and 1/2 tbsp roasted Besan
  • 3/4 tsp or as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 3-4 ClovesFor Gravy,
  • 1Cinnamon stick
  • 2cardamom
  • 4-6Peppercorns
  • 1 tspGinger and garlic paste
  • 1and 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack Pepper powder
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 2Tomato
  • 5-8Cashew nuts
  • 75-80 gramCurd
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for cooking

Steps

Pre-15Cook-25m
  1. 1

    Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well

  2. 2

    Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers

  3. 3

    Now pour butter in grilled pan and grilled it till half done

  4. 4

    When done keep aside

  5. 5

    First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both

  6. 6

    Now separate from hot oil to cool

  7. 7

    When it's cool add tomato and curd and make paste and keep aside it

  8. 8

    Now again heat oil add whole masala and roast for 10 seconds

  9. 9

    Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute

  10. 10

    Now add one by one red chilli, corriender, cumin,black Pepper and stir till raw smell gone

  11. 11

    Now add roasted seekh kabab in it and coated all kababs with masala

  12. 12

    Then add roasted cashew and onion paste and mix well

  13. 13

    Add required amount of water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame

  14. 14

    When go to final add some fresh chopped corriender and mix well (adjust salt according to taste)

  15. 15

    Now burn a charcoal piece and place it in a ban bowl and pour some butter over it and closed the lid and leave it for 5 minutes

    Now Seekh ka Saalan is ready to serve

    Serve hot with roti or naan, Garnish with some corriender and mint leaves and with onion rings
