Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well

Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers

Now pour butter in grilled pan and grilled it till half done

When done keep aside

First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both

Now separate from hot oil to cool

When it's cool add tomato and curd and make paste and keep aside it

Now again heat oil add whole masala and roast for 10 seconds

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute

Now add one by one red chilli, corriender, cumin,black Pepper and stir till raw smell gone

Now add roasted seekh kabab in it and coated all kababs with masala

Then add roasted cashew and onion paste and mix well

Add required amount of water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame

When go to final add some fresh chopped corriender and mix well (adjust salt according to taste)

Now burn a charcoal piece and place it in a ban bowl and pour some butter over it and closed the lid and leave it for 5 minutes

Now Seekh ka Saalan is ready to serve

Serve hot with roti or naan, Garnish with some corriender and mint leaves and with onion rings
