Assemble all ingredients ready

Remove the black skin then wash gently

Marinate it in d mixture of ur seasonings for just 3mins

Pass through flour,shake off surplus and brush with oil.

Place on a hot grill bars,if available a griddle or a greased baking sheet if grilling under a salamander. Brush occasionally with oil.

Turn the fish carefully and grill on both sides.Do not overcook.

U can serve with lemon quarters and soup of choice.,I usually serve mine with salsa.,Point to note, always oil the grill bars very well to avoid sticking. 🤩Enjoy.
