Steps

Mix 1 cup wheat flour, spinach juice, salt, ghee and knead well to make the Green-coloured dough.

Mix 1 cup wheat flour, Beetroot juice, salt, ghee and knead well to make the Pink-coloured dough.

Mix 1 cup wheat flour, salt, ghee and knead well to make the White-coloured dough.

Prepare all three doughs into balls as per picture, to roll them in shape of chapati.

Take the rolled Green dough, brush it with oil, then stick the rolled White dough on to it, brush it too with oil and stick the third rolled Pink dough on to it, again brush it with oil. Finally, roll this 3-layered chapati.

Cut these rolls and make the balls as shown in picture.

Roll these balls into Puri and deep fry them.
