  4. 1 spoondry khameer
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. For sambhar -----
  7. 2 bowlarhar daal
  8. 1 cuplauki(cut into small pieces)
  9. 1 cupbaigan(cut into small pieces)
  10. Sambhar masala powder
  11. Salt to taste haldi
  12. Ek medium size onion
  13. For chutney-----
  14. 1 spoonbhuni moongfali
  15. Halfspoon urad daal bhuni hui
  16. Halfspoon chana daal bhuni hui
  17. 1 spoonhari mirch
  18. Salt
  19. Adha kacha nariyal
  20. 1 spoonSugar
  21. For masala---
  22. Panch alu(mashed)
  23. Hari mirch
  24. Do pyaaj maheen kate huye
  25. 1 spoonHari mirch
  26. Do spoon Sambhar masala
  27. Salt
  28. 1 spoonLaal pisi mirch

Steps

    Daal aur chawal ko alag alag night mein pani dal kar bhigo dein. Morning mein bilkul bareek pees lein aur usme khameer Aur salt mila kar do teen hours ke liye dhuk kar rakh dein.
    For sambhar-------

    Ek cooker mein sambhar ke liye arhar ki daal aur ooper likhi hui sari samagri daal dein aur teen से chaar whistle ane tuk boil karen

    Fir tadke ke liye ek kadhayi chadayen, usme teen spoon oil lein, garamhone per usme karpata(two spoon), jeera(one spoon), rai(one spoon) aur do से teen sabut laal mirch dalen, do medium size pyaaj bhi maheen kaat kar dalen. Bhun jane per one spoon sambhar masala powder dalen fir bana hua sambhar dalen aur two spoon imli ka pulp bhi, bowl hone per firse ek spoon sambhar masala daal dein. Gadha lagne per thora pani bhi saal sakte hein. Tasty sambhar is ready

    Mixer jaar mein ooper likhi hui chutney ki samgari jisme bhuni hui urad aur chane ki daal aur moongfali pani daal kar pees lein tasty chutney tyaar hai

    Fir stuffing ke masale ke liye Ek kadhayi chadhayen jisme four spoon oil dalen fir isme jeera or rai bhi dalen, hari mirch daal kar thora sambhar masala bhi dalen Aur turant hi pyaaj daal kar halka kalharen fir mashed alu dalen aur ub achi tarah kalharen.
    Fir ek nonstick tava chadhyen aur halka garamhone per hi dose ke battery ko faint kar usper failyen aur stuffing daal kar fold karke sambhar aur chutney ke sath serve karen
