  • 1.5 cupsHershey chocolate syrup

    Heat and stir water and sugar until sugar is dissolved

    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate syrup until well blended

I have to ask, are you from Maryland? Noone anywhere else believes me when i say they are " Snoballs" and chocolate is the favorite flavor
