Steps

Combine flour, oil and the salt together in a bowl.

Add water little by little to make a dough, knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes. Do not let the dough to sit for some time.

Make a small balls out of the dough.

Roll out into small circles. Don't roll it too thin or else it will come out crispy.

Heat oil over a medium heat, place the dough slowly into the heating oil. When the poori puffs up, flip to the other side.

When the poori is done remove it from oil, put it into a colender to drain off any oil, then serve with any sauce of choice.
