Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmbutton mushroom
  2. 1big onion (chopped)
  3. 10garlic cloves
  4. 2green chillies(chopped)
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspsugar
  7. 2 tbspcornflour
  8. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  9. As neededOil to fry
  10. 2 tbspoil to cook
  11. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  12. 2 tspsoya sauce
  13. 1 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes.

    Wash mushroom. Add salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black pepper powder and 1&2/2 tbsp cornflour to mushroom.Add oil to pan to fry mushroom. Deep fry until golden keep aside.

    Add 2 thsp oil into pan.Add chopped onion, garlic and chillies.saute until translucent.In a bowl mix sauces with 1/2 cup of water. Add this to pan.Boil till thick gravy. Add cook in high flame for 1 minute with constant stirring.Put off the flame and after 5 minutes it is ready to serve.
