Ingredients

  1. 400 g cut into 4pcMushroom
  2. 1Capsicum chopped
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. as neededCoriander leaves
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspSoya sauce :
  9. 3 tbspTomato ketchup :
  10. 1 tspVinegar white :
  11. 2-1/2 tbspCornflour : (dissolve in 4 tbsp water)
  12. 3 cupWater :

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger garlic paste & saute for a few mins add onions & fry till golden.

    Now add mushroom & fry on high flame the water will come out from the mushroom. keep on frying till the mushrooms are cooked.

    Add capsicum & fry for few mins, add salt & red chilli powder, mix. Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup & mix it well. now add water to it & bring it to boil, slow the flame.

    Now mix cornflour with water to make a smooth paste. add cornflour paste to the mushrooms & mix well. bring it to boil & cook till the sauce thickens. add coriander leaves to it & mix well.

    Serve hot
