Ingredients

  1. 1 cupurad daal
  2. 2 tbspmoong daal
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 2boiled potatoes
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1 tbspchilli powder
  7. 2 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tbsproasted cumin seeds powder
  9. As neededoil
  10. 1/2 tbspbaking soda
  11. As required imli ki chuttney

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal overnight in water and mash it

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add daal,salt & baking soda and make a batter

  3. 3

    Fry bhalla in oil and put them in water for 20 min

  4. 4

    Now press bhalla with hand and take out of water

  5. 5

    Take curd and add sugar in it and blend it well

  6. 6

    Take a plate and add bhalla, curd, potatoes

  7. 7

    Sprinkle all spices and imli ki chuttney

  8. 8

    Serve it cold
