Firstly boil Arbi and peel it

Now apply oil on your plam and take arbi and press it with the other plam and keep aside

Now heat oil and put arbi and shallow fry it till it's golden in colour and keep aside

Now in the same pan add cumin seed, ajwain, chopped green chilli, chopped onion,and saute it

Now add turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,coriander powder, garam masala chat masala and salt and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins

Now add arbi and mix well and cover the led and cook for 5-6 mins

Now arbi masala is ready
Add lemon If you like - 8
Garnish with chopped coriander and onion rings

Serve with roti or paratha
