As quick and simple as it is delicious. Perfect if you come home late from work and want to treat yourself a little with your meal.
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, pour the wine, 1 tablespoon (and a splash) of Worcestershire sauce, and as much salt, thyme, oregano, garlic, and pepper as you like. Then add the meat and let it marinate for about 20-25 minutes.
- 2
In a pan, add a little oil and, when it's hot, add the meat. Sear it for about 30 seconds on each side.
Add 1 teaspoon of flour to the wine sauce, mix well. Add the sauce to the meat and let it finish cooking. It will take less than 10 minutes in total.
