  1. 6-8 slicespork loin (3 or 4 pieces per person)
  2. 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tablespoonwhole black peppercorns
  5. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  6. 3 tablespoonsbutter (40 grams) or 2 tablespoons oil
  7. 1chicken bouillon cube

    Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, and fry over medium heat. Set aside.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Add the tablespoon of whole black peppercorns and stir. When the peppercorns start to change color, remove from heat and add the chicken bouillon cube, stirring until it dissolves.
