  • 1 cupwhisked curd
  • 1/2 cupchopped boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 tspsalt (as per taste)
  • 1/4 tspblack or rock salt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • Pinchblack pepper powder
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 3-5curry leaves
  • as requiredOil for tempering

    Be ready with all the ingredients together.
