Ingredients

  1. For dough:
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspzeera
  6. Water for kneading
  7. For Filling:
  8. 1 cupboiled chicken
  9. 4medium boiled potatoes
  10. 1 cupcabbage
  11. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  12. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  13. 1 tspsalt
  14. 1 tspBlack pepper
  15. 1 tblsoil
  16. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour add oil, salt, zeera and mix like crumbs.

    Then knead it with water to make hard dough. Rest it for 15 min then knead again and make pairdas.

    Make roti. Cut into two parts.

  4. 4

    Mash potatoes. Add slightly fried vegetables and boil chicken with salt n pepper. Mix it.

    Fill the samosas with this filling shape it and pinch it with fork from edges.

    Fry on medium flame. Samosas are ready serve it with ketchup or dahi ki chatni.
