First of all in a pan put some butter and add your grinded scotch bonnets and onions,put the fish inside and grind it small then you stir until it’s done

Spread your butter on the bread,add your fish sauce and cover with the other bread.then put it in a toaster and toast for 5mints that’s all you can serve with hot tea or chilled drink
