Chicken stuffed with cream cheese and spinach

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken thighs
  2. 1 tsppaprika and salt
  3. 250 gcream cheese
  4. Baby spinach
  5. 1 tspchilli flakes (optional)
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200C

  2. 2

    Mix paprika and salt. Rub the mix on chicken thighs (both side)

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix cream cheese and garlic powder. Add baby spinach to the mix. I had put some hot water on the baby spinach before mixing it with the cream cheese

  4. 4

    Stuff the filling in the chicken. I used baking paper to make pockets to keep the fillings inside.

    Bake it for 45 mins to an hour or till it’s cooked

  6. 6

    Serve warm with your choice of veggies
