Heat coconut oil in skillet on a medium heat

Cut peach in half and remove pit. When the skillet is hot, place peach flat side down.

Slide the peach around the pan every other minute so it doesn't burn the face. Cook for about 10 minutes or until peach has softened.

Remove peach from skillet and place on a plate flat side up. Drizzle with honey and add cinnamon on top.
