Ingredients

  • 3Boiled eggs and deshelled
  • For covering
  • 1 cupChopped onion
  • 1 cupMince meat(chicken mutton or beef)
  • 2 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 3Green chillies
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 2 tbspChilli powder
  • 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander powder
  • 1 tablespoonGaram masala powder
  • Handfulmint leaves and coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 400 Gramflour (roasted till the colour changes)
  • Instead of Gram flour bread slices can use
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients for covering in a food processor and mix is well. Keep this in refrigerator for half an hour

  2. 2

    Take a big ball sized meat mix flaten it gently

    Deep-fried prepaired koftas

    Can be served as deep-fried koftas with chutneys or can give any base gravy and served with roti chapati Puri etc.
