Banana Stem Dal

Banana stem is rich in vitamin B6, and has lots of iron and increases the haemoglobin content. It contains very few calories and slows down the sugar and fats stored in the body’s cells. This is a very simple and tasty dish that tastes good with hot chapatis or Roti’s and really healthy. Give it a try and let me know.
