Bhindi tomato masala fry

Wash and dry bhindi, and cut into 1 inch leanthwise.

Heat sufficient oil in pan, deep Fry the bhindi in batches till they become little brown in colour

Deseeded tomato and cut into 4 part, deep Fry it for 1/2 min. On high flame. Keep fry bhindi and tomato aside

Now take a pan add 1 tsb oil, add finely chopped onion, saute it till it become transparent, then add red chilli, and garlic paste, cook it till raw flavor of garlic gone

Now add fried bhindi and tomato in it, mix it well, add jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, salt, mix all well,

Now add lime juice, and butter, mix well

Serve hot with roti or paratha
